Manages relationships with realtors, loan officers, property management companies, contractors and
lawyers. His role also includes management of each project: creation of LLCs, managing documents/
agreements, building a team of professionals and corresponding with each of them throughout the life
cycle of a project.
Rick has been a real estate investor since 2012, gaining experience in buying investment properties,
short term and long term rental, selling investment properties, out-of-state single family and multi-
family unit rental properties . He has experience with building out-of-state real estate networks (legal
team, realtors, property managers, loan officers and accountants).
He is currently an AVP of Sales & Distribution managing over $150 million in premium for an insurance carrier. During his downtime, he enjoys spending time with his family (wife and two sons), friends and playing pool.

Oversees the day-to-day operations of accounting and is responsible for the financial reporting, cash management, budgeting & forecasting, and investor reporting in relation to the Company’s real estate assets and Corporate entity. In addition to working and liaising with an external accounting firm on all aspects of year-end planning and tax return preparations.  

Prior to forming the company with his partners, Harry was a Strategic Sourcing Manager at Meta Platforms, Inc. (fka Facebook, Inc.).  While at Meta, Harry led and negotiated multi-million dollar complex deals for Marketing creative and production initiatives.  He also invested in a short term rental property near Disneyland and a long term rental in Mountain View.
